Contemporary Issues in Physics

Physics discoveries and their applications in technology help drive development in the modern world. This course emphasizes the study of quantum mechanics and relativity, the underpinnings of all contemporary physics. We explore ideas that defy common sense, and yet have the power to alter both our daily lives and our very concepts of the universe.
