Second semester of ampersand Intermediate SPAN111 & 112.
With cultural issues continuing to be the backdrop, this course leads students through a review and in-depth examination of Spanish grammar and vocabulary, while at the same time providing them with the experience of working with written texts and media materials. Students will explore an array of cultural issues relevant to the Spanish-speaking world. Assignments will be both written and oral.

Essential Capabilities: Intercultural Literacy, Speaking, Writing
This course offers constant opportunities to develop the ability to speak Spanish in a variety of meaningful contexts.
Students will compare cultural practices, products, and values in the Spanish-speaking world with those in their own culture.
