Examinations and Assignments:
Weekly submission of photographic prints and reviews of three portfolios of six prints each during the semester. No final exam. |
Additional Requirements and/or Comments:
Students must supply their own camera equipment and tripod. Selection for Photo II: Selection for photo II will be by portfolio review. Make-up of Portfolio for Admission: Your portfolio should include a minimum of ten exhibition-quality prints and twelve rolls of negatives with corresponding contact proof sheets. These prints and negatives must have been processed by you. This is a minimum; you are welcome to submit additional material. If you have taken a basic photo course at Wesleyan, negatives and contact sheets are not necessary; you need only submit the ten prints plus any contacts, negatives and prints produced since completion of the course here. Required regular lab work sessions will be scheduled weekly. Interview times are Tuesday, November 10 4:30 - 6:30 and Wednesday, November 11 10 - 11:30 in Zilkha 202. |
