Earth's natural systems have operated for billions of years but are now severely altered by human activity. The rate of environmental change caused by humans is unprecedented. This course is designed to help you explore the science behind four interrelated environmental areas; water, energy, food and climate change. We will explore some of the basic principles of atmospheric science, ecology, environmental chemistry, geosciences, and hydrology. |
