This course follows HEBR101 and 102. Emphasis is divided among the four basic language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension. Instruction of Hebrew grammar will be enhanced. Multimedia resources as well as computer programs will be used in the appropriate cultural context. Lab work with digitized films is required. Visits by Israeli scholars will be integrated into course curriculum. |

Examinations and Assignments:
Daily assignments, oral presentations, lab and video assignments and three tests. In addition, there will be special written and oral assignments connected to the cultural enrichment presentations in Contemporary Israeli Voices Series and Lunch & Learn meetings. |

Attendance at every class and class participation are required. Participation in cultural and literary enrichment activities is also required. |
