First-Year Latin: Semester I LAT 101 Fall 2009 Section: 01   In this introduction to the Latin language, reading ability in the language is emphasized. About two-thirds of the introductory textbook will be covered in the first semester. The remainder of the textbook is completed in the first half of the second semester when we begin reading a Latin novel.
