Examinations and Assignments: Two or three hour exams; a 3-hour final examination. Frequent homework and laboratory assignments. |
Additional Requirements and/or Comments: Prerequisites: None except an adequately strong background in high school mathematics. Students who need extra preparation are encouraged to take MATH107 prior to MATH132. Economics majors are required to take Econ 300 which has substantial overlap in course content. Prospective economics majors should therefore not take this course. |
