Selected scores of representative composers from TWENTIETH CENTURY SCORES, Prentice Hall, will be studied and used as models.

Several brief compositions, each in a contrasting style will be assigned. |

First-year students and Sophomores excluded.
MUSC 201 or MUS 202 are the prerequisites for this course. |
