Examinations and Assignments:
Strong participation in oral discussions at every seminar meeting is the most important and non-negotiable component of your grade. In addition there are weekly written responses to reading assignments, one in-class presentation, and a 12-15 page final seminar paper. |

Students must come to class prepared to discuss the readings. |
