Weekly seminars presented jointly with the Chemistry Department under the auspices of the Chemical Physics Program. These informal seminars will be presented by students, faculty, and outside visitors on current research and other topics of interest. |
Essential Capabilities:
Quantitative Reasoning, Speaking By preparing and delivering presentations in the seminar, as well as by answering questions from the audience, students develop public speaking skills. Logic and quantitative reasoning are being developed by giving talks on chemical physics research done at Wesleyan and reported in the literature.
