This course is designed to allow students to conduct supervised research in the area of human memory. Working as a team with the instructor, students will undertake a semester-long project. Current research is focused on the use of a memory camera, called SenseCam, to enhance the retention of everyday events for people with unimpaired memory ability, as well as with people who suffer from different memory impairments. |

Major Readings:
Readings will be based on a collection of primary research articles from psychology and cognitive neuroscience journals.

Examinations and Assignments: One major papercovering the semester's research, written in journal style, will be required at the end of the semester. |
Additional Requirements and/or Comments: The research group will meet weekly in seminar fashion to read and discuss research articles, formulate plans, and provide updates on experiments being conducted by members of the research group. |
