This course is an extensive examination into the methods and aesthetics of digital photography. The topics of study will include DSLR camera operation, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and printing as well as, most importantly, a focus on photography as a fine art through both a historical and contemporary viewpoint. |

| Additional Requirements and/or Comments: If you would like to be considered for the course please attend the first class meeting. It is preferred that students provide their own digital camera with a minimum resolution of 8 megapixels (digital SLR highly recommended). The camera MUST be capable of manual exposure control. A limited number of Digital SLRs will be available, which will be loaned on a first-come, first-served basis. For more info, please contact the instructor. |
