This course is an extensive examination into the methods and aesthetics of digital photography. The topics of study will include DSLR camera operation, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and printing as well as, most importantly, a focus on photography as a fine art through both a historical and contemporary viewpoint. |

The POI interviews for ARST 453 will be Friday, November 9th from 9:00 - 1:00 in Professor Rudensky's office above the Digital Design Studio.
You do not need to make an appointment, but plan on arriving during the designated times. Please submit a POI before your interview.
Students must provide their own digital camera with a minimum resolution of 8 megapixels (digital SLR highly recommended). The camera MUST be capable of manual exposure control. For more info, please contact the instructor. |
