This course is designed to allow students to conduct supervised research in the area of the cognitive psychology of reasoning and decision making. Working as a team with the instructor and other members of the research group, students will undertake a semester-long experimental research project on a topic in reasoning and decision making. |

Other than for students who already have lab experience, permission will prioritize sophomores and juniors with background in quantitative research methods, statistics (including use of statistical software), and cognitive psychology. Programming experience is also valuable but not required. At the start of preregistration, please email the instructor (apatalano@wesleyan.edu) with an expression of your relevant background and interest in the course. |
