This course will examine topics in labor, organizational, and behavioral economics with particular focus on labor-related business problems using economic theory. Representative topics include: individual decision-making, negotiations, unions, incentives, compensation, organizational learning and economic based views in organizational theory. We will use simulations and role-playing to explore some of these topics. |
