Additional requirements and/or comments: Class must be taken concurrently with E&ES 244 (Soils). There will be multiple extended field trips on Thursdays from 10:20-4:10, encompassing the lecture time slot, the lunch hour, and the regular lab time slot. There will be a multi-week project on Manresa Island in Norwalk to study the effect of coal ash on the local soils and trees. |
