This course will explore the dominance of Japanese horror from Edo period to contemporary films. Students will read theory of horror in addition to primary texts. |
Essential Capabilities:
Intercultural Literacy, Interpretation This course will teach students to analyze both textual and visual media and teach them the historical background and social contexts of Japanese/Asian horror.
