This course is intended to be an extension of GOVT258, which examines research methods and the study of white racial attitudes. In GOVT258, we spend time discussing research design and analysis and students are required to create an in-depth research design. In this course, students will be given the opportunity to expand those research design papers into full-length research papers that analyze data and report findings. |

Research paper divided into several parts including drafts and rewrites, in-class presentations, final public presentation of research. |

GOVT151 is a prerequisite for this course. This course is designed for students who have taken GOVT258 or 259 or 269, and who have a project they wish to pursue developed in one of those classes. |
