Students will learn how fast-growing investment strategies such as private equity, private credit, venture capital, and hedge funds impact capital flows, risk assessment, and corporate strategy in today's complex economy. Regulation, conflicts of interest, and systemic risks associated with alternative investment vehicles will also be explored, along with current trends. |
