This course introduces students to foundational mobility, flexibility, and recovery practices designed to improve movement quality, reduce injury risk, and support lifelong physical well-being. Through guided foam rolling, stretching, and mobility exercises, students will develop an understanding of how the body moves and how to care for it amid academic, athletic, and daily life demands. Classes will emphasize practical, accessible techniques that can be applied before and after physical activity, during periods of high stress, or as part of a regular wellness routine. The course is designed for students of all fitness levels and athletic backgrounds and encourages sustainable, lifelong approaches to physical activity. |
