This course is designed to help students understand the structure and evolution of financial markets, financial instruments, and financial institutions, all through a global lens. The course covers financial intermediaries in detail, particularly new entrants on the global scene, and central banks. Finally, the course will delve into the most recent global financial crisis to understand its causes and lessons. |
