Students will explore design concepts and methodologies through a series of 5 projects. They are expected to maintain a sketchbook as a diary of sketches and development of architectural thought.

Students are expected to attend all class sessions. Drawing I or similar background in freehand drawing suggested. This course is not open to first-year students. Selection by interview with Professor Huge who will be on leave/sabbatical 09/10. There will be a different instructor teaching this class but Prof. Huge will be doing the interviews and forming the class for the Fall semester. A sign-up sheet is posted outside Art Studio North, Room 104, where interviews will be Thursday, April 9 from 4-6. A portfolio of previous creative work may be presented during the interview.
