This course studies structure-reactivity relationships of organic molecules in the contexts of carbonyl, carbocation, carbanion, radical, carbene, and pericyclic chemistry.

Essential Capabilities: Logical Reasoning, Writing
Quantitative relationships between structures of organic molecules and their chemical reactivity are discussed throughout the course.
