This introductory course is designed for students without prior Spanish language study and focuses on the development of receptive and productive language skills (reading, listening, writing, and speaking) within a strong cultural frame.
Intercultural Literacy, Speaking
This course offers constant opportunities to develop the ability to speak Spanish in a variety of meaningful contexts.
Students will compare cultural practices, products, and values in the Spanish-speaking world with those in their own culture.
