THEA 105
Spring 2015
Section: 01   03
This course may be repeated for credit.

This course focuses on the technical aspects of stage and costume craft: scenery and prop building, lighting execution, and costume building. It offers a hands-on experience where students participate in making theater productions happen. All sections will participate in the backstage work of the Theater Department's productions. Forty (40) to Sixty (60) hours (to be determined) of production crew participation outside of the regular class meetings are required. While it is required of theater majors, it is also recommended for students wishing to explore an aspect of theatrical production and is excellent preparation for theater design courses.
