Hatha Yoga

This course may be repeated for credit.

This is a beginning yoga class with no previous experience needed. The class will consist of 26 postures and two breathing exercise aimed at improving your posture and alignment, balance, and strength. The class will be 90 minutes, and you are responsible for bringing a mat, towel, and your own water.
