This is an elementary level ballet class. Ballet terminology and stylistic concepts will be introduced with emphasis on correct alignment, musicality, and movement flow.

Some previous dance training required. Previous enrollment in Intro, Contemporary technique, Jazz, or equivalent will prepare you for Ballet I. Undergraduates may take this course up to two times for a letter grade and up to four times for credit towards graduation.
