This course follows HEBR101 and 102. Emphasis is divided among the four basic language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension. Instruction of Hebrew grammar will be enhanced. Multimedia resources as well as computer programs will be used in the appropriate cultural context. Lab work with digitized film is required, and Israeli scholars' visits will be integrated into course curriculum.
Speaking: Students are required to present at least a couple of times on specific topics, in addition to regular oral discussion of written texts. There are also discussions in Hebrew with Israeli scholars.
Writing: Students produce written responses to Israeli scholars' presentations which involve evaluation and to analyze.

Daily assignments, oral presentations, lab and video assignments and three tests. In addition, there will be special written and oral assignments connected to the cultural enrichment presentations.
