This course is a hands-on exploration of the music and dance relationship and is intended to develop both skills and understanding. Studio components include improvisation and composition in music making and dancing with an emphasis on experimentation. Academic components include historical overview, concert attendance and current dance CD-ROM resources. Software for sound design will also be taught through computer lab time and individual projects. |
