The Greek Historians GRK 278 Spring 2013 not offered Students in this course will read, in Greek, substantial portions of Book I of Thucydides' great history of the Peloponnesian War. In addition to close readings of the Greek text, selections from commentaries and secondary literature will be assigned to identify key problems in Thucydides' account.
