Researching Race and Politics

This course is intended to be an extension of GOVT258, which examines research methods and the study of white racial attitudes. In GOVT258, we spend time discussing research design and analysis and students are required to create an in-depth research design. In this course, students will be given the opportunity to expand those research design papers into full-length research papers that analyze data and report findings.

Essential Capabilities: Intercultural Literacy, Quantitative Reasoning
This class involves independent student initiated research about race and politics.
