This course will explore relationships among textuality, sexuality, and temporality by analyzing a range of literary, visual, and theoretical works from the early 20th century to the present day, from iconic modernist texts to contemporary queer activist, artistic, and theoretical production, with a focus on works responding to the AIDS epidemic. |
